We are strongly committed to ensuring the safety of our products and protecting the health of our customers. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988, we would like to share the measures we take to ensure our items are safe and compliant with the required standards.
We conduct a thorough assessment of the risks associated with our products, considering:
- Chemical risks: we monitor and test the materials used to ensure the absence of substances subject to restrictions applicable to jewellery, as outlined in EC Regulation 1907/2006 (REACH);
- Physical-mechanical and process-related risks: we analyze products to identify potential hazards related to use and durability, and we assess production stages to minimize any risks arising from operational activities.
Each identified risk is either eliminated or mitigated through:
- Laboratory Testing: our products undergo rigorous laboratory testing to verify compliance with safety standards;
- Detailed Internal Procedures: we implement quality control procedures that ensure safety at every stage of production;
- Supplier Selection: we carefully choose our raw material suppliers based on their expertise and ability to meet current safety standards;
- Transparency and Accountability: we provide clear information about our processes and are always available to answer your questions.
We are committed to continuously improving our safety standards and staying informed on evolving regulations.
